Sales employees are often completely unaware of their own impact on customers. Customers rarely give open feedback, and they are not suitable as test rabbits. Nevertheless, in order to implement significant changes in impression and behavior, seminar actors are the ideal solution.
In sales training with seminar actors:

- Sales professionals experience their behavior and impression from the point of view of the customer

The seminar actor slips into the role of the customer in a role-play. At the same time they watch the salesperson. In the next stage the seminar actor takes over the role of the salesperson and "reflects" the behavior he has observed.

In the third stage, practice is practiced. The seller tries out variations and alternatives with my help to learn new constructive behavior patterns - until they have a personal achievement and new skills in their pocket. A run of this 3-stage rolling game takes about 30-45 minutes.
