Everyone and every company is different! So, can open seminars ever really fit?
If you want to train only one person, individual seminars are a good or even better alternative to public standard seminars.
In 3-6 single seminars lasting approx. 90 minutes, the participant deals with exactly the topics relevant to their success.
The seminar modules take place either in an online seminar room or in my office space.
The costs for a webinar series correspond, depending on the extent, to the participation in second-day sales training.
Homework care for better practice transfer
After each individual seminar module I give the participant homework assignments to the realization of the learned knowledge. As such, we ensure:
- As much information from the training is immediately implemented in everyday work and actually changed something.
- Models, strategies and theories are tailored to the specific situation of your company.
- Open questions and ambiguities are immediately discovered and processed in the following module.
